How do I order holiday catering?
Order online: tap any dinner, meat, gumbo, or side on this page, or use Order holiday catering, and choose Baton Rouge or Prairieville for pickup. You can also call Baton Rouge at (225) 926-5977 or Prairieville at (225) 673-8876, email info@franksrestaurantla.com, or order in person at either restaurant.
Where do I pick up my holiday order?
At the Frank's you choose when you order: Baton Rouge, 8353 Airline Hwy, or Prairieville, 17425 Airline Hwy.
When is holiday pickup?
Wednesday, November 25 (the day before Thanksgiving) from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Thursday, December 24 (Christmas Eve) from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
What comes with a turkey or ham dinner?
Choose a turkey (Spicy Cajun fried, Cajun fried mild, Hickory smoked, or Roasted herb and spice) or a spiral-sliced glazed ham. Every dinner includes cornbread dressing, rolls, cranberry sauce, one side, and a pie of your choice. Carving off the bone is available as an add-on.
How big are the turkeys?
Our whole turkeys are 12 to 14 lb raw, about 8 to 10 lb cooked. The spiral ham in the ham dinner averages 8 to 9 lb.
Are the fried turkeys cooked in peanut oil?
Yes. Fried turkeys are cooked in peanut oil. Our marinades do not contain gluten, but they are prepared where gluten is also handled.
